Our beloved motherland Bangladesh is in small size with vast potential of huge population. The importance of technical and vocational education to transform that population into human resources is countless. Technical knowledge skill own resources; and skilled people are the wealth of the country and the world. In this age of globalization, technical education plays a huge role in keeping the economic wheel of the country and the world prosperous and dynamic. To this end, the Montage Training & Certification (Bangladesh) conducted by me since 2005 has been working successfully for the socio-economic development of the country and the world by transforming the unskilled manpower into skilled manpower while maintaining the quality of international labour market. In addition, the institute has been playing a leading role in creating skilled manpower through public-private-partnership (PPP) with the government with the help of trained trainers at home and abroad to improve the quality of technical education.

Due to the demand for skilled manpower in the international labor market. The foreign exchange reserves increased 36 billion by exporting skilled manpower from Bangladesh; which is considered as the only significant sector above all. As a result, Bangladesh is now a sustainable and developing middle-income country. Only skilled manpower plays a leading role in keeping the economic development of the country and the world moving.

Every country in the developed world has prospered today with the highest importance of technical education. Following this under the Ministry of Education of the Government of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) and the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) under the Prime Minister’s Office has been working on general education as well as technical education in collaboration with various donor agencies (World Bank, Asian Development Bank. European Union).

The expectation of all of us is to build a developed nation by increasing the national skills through technical and vocational education to meet the needs of the huge unskilled manpower of Montage Training and Certification (Bangladesh) in the country and international Labor market.
